• Online Project Horse Eligibility Form- Note: Form is online and must be completed by May 15
• Educational Hours Due (6 hours)

June 5 - Nominations for the following:

• Show Dedication
• Outstanding 4-H Agent
• Outstanding 4-H Program Agent Assistant
• Outstanding 4-H Volunteer 

June 13 - Flu/Rhino Vaccine must be administered no later than this date

June 15 - 

• Horse Show Entry Form
• Drill Team Entry Form
• Stall Request Form - FOR DRILL TEAM ONLY - All other stalls will be reserved through online registration
• Photo Release Form - Mandatory for all 4-H'ers - Completed with 4-H enrollment @ County Extension office
• Negative Coggins
• Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (Health Papers)
• Proof of Flu/Rhino Vaccine

Vaccination Rule for State Show

In an effort to protect all horses, due to the recent outbreaks of the neurologic form of herpesvirus, the Kentucky 4-H Horse Program has mandated that horses showing at district and state 4-H horse shows must be vaccinated against flu and rhino within 6 months of the show date. Proof of vaccination will need to be provided along with Coggins and Health Papers.
